 Frequently asked Questions.

  1. What holds My decal on to the glass. Do you use glue or adhesives?

Answer: No glue or adhesives are used in applying your Etched Glass Static Cling Decals.

Static cling is the tendency for light objects to stick (cling) to other objects owing to static electricity. It is common in clothing, but occurs with other items, such as the tendency of dust to be attracted to, and stick to, plastic items.  From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  2. What do I use to apply my decal?

Answer:  Use either a mild dish soap and water mixture or use window cleaner that has a low ammonia content.

  3. I still have bubble in my decal, How do I get them out?

Answer: You will need to peel up the decal just a little way past the bubbles. Before you reapply it, spray down the window with  mixture again. Remember "The Wetter the better". Now carefully reapply it smoothing lightly as you go.

  4. Can I clean my window over the decal or do I have to take it down?

Answer: You can clean your window right over top of your Etched Glass Decal using whatever cleaner you normally would use.

  5. How do I remove my decal?

Answer: Simply start at one of the edges and begin peeling it up. Slowly peel entire decal from window as it is only being held on by static cling after the water has dried.
